Manufacturers as well as Pro Fitness recommend quarterly, so items can be identified earlier and repaired. Frequency of maintenance is based on several factors including frequency of use, intensity of use and the general up-time expectation of the users/owners.
During maintenance our technicians clean the interior by clearing debris from circuit boards, bearings and belts as well as calibrate electrical and mechanical components back to their proper alignment and tension. They will run diagnostics to determine critical component health and identify failing parts before they cause other costly components to fail as well. After each Preventative Maintenance visit we will report any findings for each machine serviced. This report will have a list of recommended or required repairs as well as the components and costs to address each of them.
